Not a boat wash
The white glove is an old and universally understood test: you run a finger along a surface and look at the glove. If it stays white, the work is done. That is the standard we work to, and the standard anyone can check us against. And it is not a metaphor — our crew works in white gloves only. In white gloves everything shows: touch something dirty and it is visible immediately, to you and to the client.
Your yacht, always ready
We do not sell detailing. We sell an idea: your yacht, always ready — and it becomes ready while you live your life. The owner does not have to think about when to remove salt, when to polish the hull, why the teak has gone grey or who to call. White Glove takes that on.
Two promises
Between trips a yacht sits — a week, a month, half a season — and salt, sun and humidity work the whole time. So we promise two things: the boat is ready for the day you take her out, and while she sits, she does not lose value.
White Glove standards
White gloves only — changed as they get dirty, not at the end of the shift. The material decides everything: gelcoat, teak, stainless, leather, headlining and glass each get their own product — one chemical for all of them damages them. A checklist instead of a promise: the client sees what was done. The owner’s schedule: we work at the berth at the time he sets. And continuous improvement — every day the team asks how to do this better than yesterday.
How we treat the client
A White Glove client is not a buyer of a service. He is the owner of an asset worth hundreds of thousands of dollars who has trusted us with its condition. Our job is that he feels his boat is looked after systematically, not in response to a complaint.
Mission
